3. MEMBERSHIP & PARTICIPATION
Eligibility for Membership
- Membership in the IAAAS™ is by invitation or application and subject to approval.
- Criteria for membership include expertise, industry leadership, and contributions to automation and AI.
- Members may participate in awards judging panels, advisory boards, and thought leadership initiatives.
Responsibilities of Members & Participants
- Adhere to ethical standards in all judging, evaluation, and participation activities.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding submitted entries, judging discussions, and proprietary information.
- Avoid any conflicts of interest when evaluating award entries.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS
- The IAAAS™ retains all rights to its trademarks, branding, proprietary content, and judging methodologies.
- Unauthorized use of the IAAAS™ name, logo, or affiliated awards program branding is prohibited.
- Any materials submitted to the IAAAS™ for awards programs or other initiatives may be used for promotional and archival purposes, subject to applicable confidentiality agreements.
5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not use the IAAAS™ Website, membership, or judging privileges to:
- Submit, share, or promote offensive, defamatory, violent, or infringing content.
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical activities.
- Violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
- Exploit your association with the IAAAS™ for unauthorized endorsements or commercial gain.
- Violations of these terms may result in membership suspension, termination, or legal action.
6. NO AI TRAINING OR MACHINE LEARNING USE
Without limiting the exclusive rights of the IAAAS™ under copyright law:
