CONTENT USAGE GUIDELINES

These Content Usage Guidelines govern how the International Academy of Automation Arts & Sciences™ (IAAAS™) materials, branding, and entries may be used. By engaging with the IAAAS™ and utilizing its content, you agree to comply with these guidelines.
1. PERMITTED USES
- Share official announcements, press releases, and award recognitions via social media, provided that proper attribution is given to the IAAAS™.
- Use the official award titles ("IAAAS Award Winner," "IAAAS Award Nominee," or "IAAAS Award Honoree") only if officially recognized.
- Embed official award badges, logos, or graphics provided directly by the IAAAS™ for promotional purposes.
2. RESTRICTED USES
You may not:
- Modify, edit, or distort the IAAAS™ name, logo, or award materials.
- Use the IAAAS™ brand, trademarks, or award titles in a misleading or deceptive way.
- Claim an award status that has not been officially granted.
- Commercially exploit the IAAAS™ branding, materials, or content without express written permission.

4. ENFORCEMENT & VIOLATIONS
- Unauthorized use of the IAAAS™ branding, trademarks, or content may result in legal action.
- The IAAAS™ reserves the right to request the removal of improper usage and take enforcement action as necessary.
5. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
- The IAAAS™ reserves the right to update these guidelines at any time.
- Continued use of the IAAAS™ branding or materials after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6. GOVERNING LAW
- These guidelines are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
